Rule Creation Instructions

4. In the Select a trigger screen, click the Manual trigger.
5. Click Next.
6. On the Select an action screen, click the List group members action.
7. Select the Group email for which you want to export the members.
8. In the Columns field keep the default columns.
9. Click Add next action.
10. On the Select an action screen, click the Upload data to Drive action.
11. Select the Group Members CSV Download Link in the CSV file URL and Google Drive folder in the Google Drive folder field.
12. Click Add next action.
13. On the Select an action screen, click the Email action.
14. Next, enter the email address of the manager in the To field and create a Subject line.
15. After that, compose an email body and insert the GroupMember CSV download link using the  variable icon.
16. Enter the Rule name, and click Create.

Rule Triggering

• Go to the Rules page and click the Play icon next to the created rule.

Verifying the Results

1. Ensure to check the Notification Bell for any notifications.
2. Click View All to confirm successful execution of the rule.
3. Alternatively, you can access the Logs page from the left sidebar. This confirms that the rule has been triggered successfully.
4. Now, you can find the CSV file in the Google Drive folder.
