First, you need to prepare a list of users. There is one column in the sheet- Email. Please note, for the demo purpose we only take 10 users, while in real cases, we can handle thousands of users at a time. Next, download the Google Sheet in CSV (comma-separated value) format.

Rule Creation

1. Log in to your Foresight account with your Google Admin account. 
2. Go to the Rules page and click the New Rule button.
3. Select the Data uploaded trigger from the select a trigger screen.
4. Click on the upload box and upload the downloaded .CSV file, wait for the CSV to be parsed.
5. In the Edit trigger screen, Leave all settings at their defaults.
6. Click Next.
7. On the Select an action screen, click the Update recovery email action.
8. Click Sign in with Google to grant approvals to Foresight in Google Workspace .
9. In the User primary email field select Email. This time you should leave the Recovery email field empty.
10. Click Add next action. Then select Update recovery phone action.
11. Select Email in the User primary email field. Leave the Phone number field empty. Then click Review.
12. Now enter the Rule name and click Create.

Rule Triggering

• Click Upload Icon and then upload the same .CSV file again. The process will take a few seconds.

Verifying Results

1. Notification in the top-right corner of the Rules page.
2. Click on the Show All to see successful execution status.
3. Access log details by clicking "View Log" within the notification.
4. Afterward, verify it within the Google Admin Console. Next, navigate to the user's Security section by following these steps: username > Security
5. You can now confirm that the user's Recovery information, including their recovery email and phone, has been deleted. Repeat this process for other users to achieve the same outcome.
