2. Go to the Rules page and click the New Rule button.
3. Select the Manual trigger from the select a trigger screen.
4. Click Next.
5. On the Select an action screen, click the List user license assignments action.
6. Click Sign in with Google to grant approvals to xFanatical Foresight in Google Workspace.
7. Select the following fields in the Columns section: User Primary Email, Product Id, Product Name, SKU Id, and SKU Name. Make sure to select Google Workspace for Product Id field and Google Workspace Business Starter for SKU Id field.
8. Click Add next action.
9. On the Select an action screen, select Upload data to Drive action.
10. Select the UserLicenseAssignments CSV Download Link as the CSV file URL field. Additionally, specify the Google Drive folder path.
11. Click Review.
12. Enter the Rule name, click Create.

Rule Triggering

• Click the Play icon to trigger the rule. The process may take a few seconds to complete.

Verifying Results

1. A notification will appear in the top right-hand corner. Click on it, then select Show All.
2. Additionally, navigate to the Logs page to confirm the successful execution of the rule.
3. You can download the CSV file from the Action history section of the Logs page.
4.  Afterwards, check the CSV file in the Google Drive folder.
