1. Select the Manual Trigger by clicking on the New Rule (+) button.
2. Then, select the List user license assignments action.
3. After that, select the User primary Email, Product Id, Product Name, SKU Id, and SKU Name in the Columns field. Also, select Google Workspace in the Product Id and Google Workspace Busines Starter in the SKU Id.
4. Click Add Next Action and select Upload data to Drive. 
5. Then, select the UserLicenseAssignments CSV Download Link in the CSV file URL. Also, select the Google Drive folder path. Click Review.
6. Give a Rule Name (Export user licenses list and upload to Google Drive). Click Create.

Trigger the rule through the play icon. Then check the Logs page about the successful rule execution.

Verifying Results

Now check the CSV file through the Drive folder. Also, you can download the CSV from the Action history section of the Logs page.
