Rule Creation Instructions

Preparing the CSV File

Prepare a CSV file with only one column, User primary email. You should list the email addresses of the users whose profile photos need to be removed in this column.

Automation Rule Creation

1. Log in to your xFanatical Foresight account with your Google Admin account. 
2. Go to the Rules page and click the New Rule button.
3. Select the Data uploaded trigger from the select a trigger screen.
4. Upload the CSV file containing the updated information.
5. Wait while the xFanatical Foresight parses the file. After that, click on Next.
6. On the Select an action screen, click Delete user profile photo action.
7. Select User primary email in the field of Primary email.
8. Click Review.
9. Enter the Rule name and click Create.

Rule Triggering

• Click the Upload Icon and upload the same .CSV file again.

Automation Verification

1. When the automation is triggered, you will receive a notification in the top right hand corner, typically shortly after the event's start time. 
2. Click on the notification, then select View log to check the details of the automation.
3. Additionally, access the Logs page from the left sidebar to view logs of successful rule triggers.
4. Verify the results in Google Admin. Go into the user’s page, check the user’s profile. When a photo is removed, Google Admin displays a blank user account icon.
