Introduction
In this article, you will learn how to bulk change preferred language for users in Google Workspace using xFanatical Foresight. As organizations grow, employees from different locations join the team. Updating each user’s language manually in the Google Admin Console can be repetitive, time-consuming and error-prone, especially when dealing with hundreds or thousands of users.
Let’s take an example: An organization expands into new regions and needs to update the language preference for all employees in a specific country. Changing each user’s language one by one would take hours and increase the chances of mistakes.
With xFanatical Foresight’s bulk update feature, administrators can efficiently update preferred languages for large sets of users using a CSV file and automation rule. This ensures accuracy, consistency and a smooth experience for users across Gmail, Drive, Google Meet and other Google services.
