1. Sign into xFanatical Foresight with your Google Admin account. 
2. Go to the Templates page.
3. Search for Bulk change preferred language for users and click on it.
   
4. In the Templates > Bulk change preferred language for users page, click Copy rule.
   
5. For the first time use of the template rule, an dialog Action needed will display requesting necessary permissions required to copy the rule. Click Connect with Google and authorize the permissions.
6. Upon authorization, a dialog titled Copy of Bulk change preferred language for users will display.
7. Click Next. No configurations needed.
8. Click Review.
9. In the Review screen,
   
   1. In Rule name, customize the automation rule name.
   2. Click Create.
10. The rule is created in the Rules page.

Verify Automation

1. Go to xFanatical Foresight.
2. Go to the Templates page.
3. Go to Bulk change preferred language for users template and click on it.
4. Click on the Download sample CSV file button.
   
5. In the downloaded CSV file, replace the sample data with your organization’s actual details. Enter the User email address, the New preferred language for each user whose language setting needs to be updated.
6. Go to the Rules page.
7. Click on the of Bulk change preferred language for users rule.
   
8. Select the CSV file to upload, which is set up in Step 5.
9. Wait for the CSV file to be processed and receive a notification in the top right of xFanatical Foresight. In the notification message, click View log.
10. In the Logs > Log details page, the Rule history section explains the automation history and task xFanatical Foresight has automated on behalf of your Google account.
    
11. Sign into the user account and verify that the automation has successfully updated the preferred language.

Notes

• Once the admin uploads the CSV file to the rule, xFanatical Foresight seamlessly takes over, automatically changing preferred language for users in bulk.
• Make sure the uploaded file follows the same headers as the sample CSV downloaded from the Bulk change preferred language for users template.
• This automation updates only the preferred language of users listed in the uploaded CSV file. It does not affect users who are not listed in the file.
• It is recommended to avoid duplication of entries in the CSV to prevent unnecessary processing.
• This automation updates preferred languages for multiple users in a single run. If different users require different languages, simply adjust the CSV file accordingly.
• Each time the rule runs, you will receive a notification in xFanatical Foresight confirming the status of the language updates and whether they were completed successfully.
