As part of G Suite, Google Forms is open to students to create and publish their own forms, internally or externally. This causes privacy issues.

This article explains how Safe Doc prevents the issues. If you have yet to install Safe Doc, apply for a 30 days trial.

What's the changes?

Safe Doc removes the Send button from the Forms interface as the button is the only option to distribute their forms. See the difference below. Safe Doc also blocks the Send form pop-up dialog above.

How to get started?

First of all, you need to have Safe Doc deployed to your students' Chrome devices] and know how Safe Doc Configuration works.

To enable the blocking feature above, add or update the policy BlockSendForms to true. If this policy is not set, the blocking feature is not enabled.
