How Safe Doc disables the Email collaborators feature?

The Email collaborators feature is available in Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drawings. The feature can be triggered by the menu File > Email > Email collaborators. After you click the menu, the dialog above is displayed. The Email collaborators menu can be also found in the Help > Search the menus.

Safe Doc removes the Email collaborators and the Email people on the file dialog. Your students will no longer find and use the feature.

How to configure Safe Doc?

First of all, make sure you have deployed Safe Doc and read Safe Doc ConfigurationSafe Doc Configuration.

Then, add and set the policy BlockEmailCollaborators to true to your Safe Doc extension policy. The blocking policy is OFF by default if unset.
