Read this tutorial if you subscribed to annual license automatic renewal when you purchase an annual license or renew the annual license.
Unsubscribe Safe Doc Annual License Auto Renewal
Your school may no longer need Safe Doc next year. While we respect your decision, we would appreciate any feedback you could provide regarding your experience with us and any areas where we can improve our services. Contact us at any time at [email protected].
Follow the instructions below to unsubscribe from auto renewal.
- Sign into Safe Doc Customer Portal.
- Go to Dashboard.
- Under the Annual license pane, click Manage subscription.
- It opens another page hosted by our billing partner Stripe.
- Under the Current plan, click Cancel plan.
- Click Cancel plan again to confirm you're unsubscribing.
- (Optional) Select or enter a reason why you're unsubscribing.
- After you unsubscribe, the page displays the plan is canceled, and Your plan will be canceled on some date.
- Close the page hosted by our billing partner Stripe, and go back to Safe Doc customer portal Dashboard.
- You will no longer see Next renewal scheduled at a date. You can still see the Manage subscription button but you will not be billed.
- Safe Doc customer portal also sends you an email notification that you have unsubscribed.
Resubscribe Safe Doc Annual License Auto Renewal
If you changed your mind after unsubscribing or unsubscribed accidentally, then follow these steps to easily resubscribe to auto renewal.
- Sign into Safe Doc Customer Portal.
- Go to Dashboard.
- Under the Annual license pane, click Manage subscription.
- It opens another page hosted by our billing partner Stripe.
- Under the Current plan, click Renew plan.
- Click Renew plan again to confirm you're resubscribing. You're not billed until the plan renews, the day before the annual license expires.
- Under Current plan, you see Your plan renews on a date.
- Close the page
- Go back to the Safe Doc customer portal Dashboard and refresh the page.
- In the Annual license pane, verify the license status Next renewal scheduled at a date.
- You're all set. Safe Doc customer portal also sends you an email notification after you resubscribe to the auto renewal.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have unsubscribed. But why is the subscription still there?
Safe Doc customer portal cancels your subscription at the end of billing cycle, instead of immediately. It will disappear after the billing cycle ends.
