Renew Safe Doc Annual License

The Safe Doc annual license renewal process is similar to the Safe Doc annual license purchase. Use one of the following ways to renew your annual license, making a one-time payment, subscribe or pay by a purchase order. Any member in the Safe Doc account can complete the renewal.

If you have an active subscription in your Safe Doc account, then no renewal action is required. If you have a subscription but canceled earlier, resume the subscription instead.

Make One-Time Renewal via Credit Card

If you'd like to renew your Safe Doc annual license for one year, follow the following instructions. When the annual license is close to expiration, you need to renew it again. 

1. Sign into xFanatical Safe Doc Customer Portal.
2. Go to Dashboard.
3. Under the Annual license pane, click Renew. 
4. In the Renew annual license dialog, click One-time Payment. You'll be redirected to a checkout page hosted by our payment partner Stripe.
   
5. In the checkout page, confirm the pricing on the left, enter the credit card information and click Pay.
   
6. Upon a successful checkout, you're redirected to the Dashboard. 
7. Under the Annual license pane, the annual license is refreshed with the updated expiration date. 
8. Safe Doc customer portal also emails you the renewed annual license key with the updated expiration date. 

Subscribe to Auto Renewal via Credit Card (Recommended)

If you prefer the convenience of auto renewal, enroll in a subscription. The instructions vary by your annual license status.

Subscribe when your annual license is active

1. Sign into xFanatical Safe Doc Customer Portal.
2. Go to Dashboard.
3. Under the Annual license pane, click Renew. 
4. In the Renew annual license dialog, click Subscribe.
   
5. In the popped Subscribe to Safe Doc dialog, select an existing credit card saved earlier or enter a new credit card. Confirm the next billing date and click Subscribe.
   
6. After you successfully enroll in the subscription, you can find the Next renewal scheduled at a date. You are not billed until this billing date.
   

Subscribe when your annual license is expired

1. Sign into xFanatical Safe Doc Customer Portal.
2. Go to Dashboard.
3. Under the Annual license pane, click Renew. 
4. In the Renew annual license dialog, click Subscribe. You'll be redirected to a checkout page hosted by our payment partner Stripe.
   
5. In the checkout page, confirm the pricing on the left, enter the credit card information and click Subscribe.
   
6. Upon a successful checkout, you are billed immediately and redirected back to the Dashboard. 
7. In the Dashboard Annual license pane, find the renewed license with the updated expiration date. Safe Doc customer portal also emails you with the updated annual license information. 

Pay by Purchase Order

If you choose to pay by a purchase order, there is an additional $149 Purchase Order Processing Fee in addition to the annual license fee. Our purchase order term is NET 30. Late payment would result in license suspension and service interruptions.

If your school cannot pay by credit cards, you can also pay us by a purchase order with a check. Follow the instructions to get a quote. 

1. Sign into xFanatical Safe Doc Customer Portal.
2. Go to Dashboard.
3. Under the Annual license pane, click Renew. 
4. In the Renew annual license dialog, click Purchase Order.
   
5. If you haven't requested a renewal quote in the past 30 days or the quote has expired, then click Request quote to generate a new quote.
   
6. You will find a new quote with the total amount, quote number and created time. Click to download the quote.
   
7. Click Upload purchase order. It opens the xFanatical Safe Doc Purchase Order Submission Form.
   1. In Upload Purchase Order PDF, upload your purchase order PDF file.
   2. In I agree with xFanatical Safe Doc's payment term NET 30, click I Agree.
   3. Click Submit.
8. If you encounter issues using the PO form, you can also email [email protected] with your purchase order. 
9. We will process your purchase order, renew your annual license, and send you an invoice which is due in 30 days.
10. Verify the new annual license in the Dashboard. Verify the new invoice in the Invoice History section of Dashboard. You also receive an annual license confirmation email. 
11. Mail us a check within 30 days. Make payable to XFANATICAL INC and mail it to
    8780 19th St, Ste 458, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701. Please note late payment would result in annual license suspension and service interruptions. We would remind you once before suspending the annual license.
12. After we receive your school's check, download a receipt in the Invoice History section of Dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

What To Do After I Renew My License?

No action is required if your annual license was active before the renewal. But if your annual license has expired for more than 5 days when you renew, consider Redeploy Safe Doc to reactivate the annual license key.

I want to subscribe. But it says "Subscription unavailable until" some date?

If your annual license will expire in more than one year from now, the Safe Doc customer portal does not allow subscriptions. You can wait until the next available date or make a one-time payment.

I subscribed, but why is my annual license not renewed? 

If you have an active annual license when you subscribe to automatic renewal, the subscription does not bill you until the day before the annual license expires. Hence, your annual license is not renewed at the moment when you opt in the subscription. 

Can I renew multiple times?

Yes, you can renew twice for 2 years or 3 times or 3 years.
