In certain situations, it may be necessary to unarchive previously unused rules for reuse. This could be due to reverting a workflow, reassigning tasks from previous roles, or the seasonal or occasional use of specific rules throughout the year. Unarchiving these rules will restore their editability and allow for automation once again.

Unarchive rule in xFanatical Foresight

Instructions

  1. Sign into xFanatical Foresight.
  2. Go to the Archive page.
  3. On the archived rule card, click 3 dots menu and select Unarchive.
  4. The unarchived rule is now in the Rules page.

Notes

  • If your open rule quota is depleted, go to the Rules page and archive other unused rules first.
