Check Safe Doc Policies in students’ Chrome browsers

As you have read Safe Doc Configuration, sometimes the Safe Doc policies in students' Chrome browser may not sync on-time with the extension policies in your Google Admin Console.

To verify the Safe Doc policies in a specific student's Chrome browsers, follow these steps.

1. Get your student's device
2. Open Chrome
3. Go to chrome://policy. If this URL is blocked, check your Admin Console URLBlacklist setting.
4. Scroll to the xFanatical Safe Doc section. The Policy name and Policy value columns are most important ones. Check those values against your Google Admin Console policy settings.
   
5. If the policies are out of sync, try to click Reload policies to pull the policies from Google Admin Console.
