We’re excited to introduce Foresight v4.14.3, a patch release focused on improving reliability, clarity, and enhanced Google Workspace management capabilities.
This update introduces a new calendar-sharing action (beta) and resolves important issues related to custom attributes and Google Calendar ID recognition.
New Action
Update Calendar Sharing (Beta)
This action allows administrators to modify Google Calendar sharing permissions for:
- Individual users
- Groups
- Entire domain
- Public access
This provides greater flexibility and control over calendar visibility and collaboration settings directly within Foresight automation workflows.
Enhancements & Improvements
- Formatted the Primary Email field help text in the Update User Custom Attributes action for improved clarity and readability.
- Added the custom attribute value type (Single-value or Multi-value) within the Custom Attributes selection list in the Update User Custom Attributes action.
Issue Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Google Calendar IDs were not recognized as email addresses in the Data Uploaded Trigger.
- Resolved an issue where the Update User Custom Attributes action failed with an “invalid user” error when incorrect custom attribute values were entered
