You're welcome to request new features or report bugs of Foresight. You could post in the Foresight community or Contact Us directly, whichever is convenient for you.
Feature requests
We're passionate about helping you solve problems and work efficiently. Foresight cannot live without our users' voices like you.
The following template shall help you describe the feature request as well as help us understand your situation. If you'd like to post in the Foresight public community, please anonymize any personal information in your post.
- Problem statement. What problem do you face? If applicable, what are the steps to reproduce your issue? Share screenshots if applicable.
- Desired behavior. What is your ideal goal?
- Possible solutions. What are possible alternatives?

You agree that by submitting your idea, you acknowledge and any such idea is not confidential. We (xFanatical) have no obligation to respond, confirm or develop your submitted feature idea. We may also offer different solutions to your problems. You also agree we are free to use your submitted ideas for any purpose including use, modification, display and distribution without any obligation to you.
If your feature request is not applicable to be integrated into Foresight, we also provide custom solution development services, subject to an additional service cost and agreement.
Report software bugs
If Foresight does not work as you expected, we recommend you to contact [email protected] first. Your issue may be due to improper automation setup instead of a software issue in Foresight.

Terms and conditions: By posting your software issue in the forum, you agree that we (xFanatical) may not fix your submitted issue on time or may not able to fix the issue in certain circumstances, e.g. Google API limitation.
Updates
We regularly post feature updates and fixes in the xFanatical Foresight Release Notes and announce important updates in the Foresight community. The updates may include your feature requests or reported issues.
