Rule Creation Instructions

  3. Go to the Rules page and click the New Rule button.

    • Choose the order request form that will start the automation process. This will capture the details as the form submits. 
  5. Next, you may need to grant permission to xFanatical Foresight in the Google Workspace account. Once the permission is successfully granted, you will see the status as Access granted.
  6. Click Next. new rule Trigger
  7. Select Get form response info as Next action. In the Get form response info action, select the order request form again and select the Form response Id variable. new rule edit actions
  8. In the Select an action screen, select the If action.
  9. In the If action, Click Add branch to create a total of 3 branches. Rename them to "Summer wear", "Winter wear" and "Monsoon wear", respectively. In each 3 branches,  add a condition to Answer for "Please select the order category" text containing Summer wear, Answer for "Please select the order category" text containing Winter wear and fallback branch will be for Monsoon wear category.

    • In the To field, select the Respondent Email variable. 
    • In the Subject field, enter the new order received subject line.

  12. Name the rule

Rule Trigger 

The rule will be triggered on Order request form submission.

Result Verification

  1. Submit an Order request form to trigger the rule.
  2. Look for the notification in the top right-hand corner and click on it.
  3. Check the Logs page for details.
  4. Then, check the email notification and confirm that the team members or order owner received an email notification.
