Step 1: Create your account
The first step is to, of course, create your account. You can choose from different tiers. The GWFE Fundamentals is the basic tier. There is the option to upgrade to higher tiers like GWFE Standard and GWFE Plus. Compare the tiers here.
Step 2: Define mail architecture
Then comes defining the mail architecture. This one is pretty important. First, you will need to set up a domain. Then determine the mail delivery system.
Step 3: Organizational structure
The structure will help you segment different users. And you can also give them different levels of access. So, for example, teachers can have different access levels to say IT and admins.
Step 4: Creating accounts for students, faculties, and teachers
This step is not the same as the previous one. The previous account opening step was for the general service. Here you are essentially creating accounts for different users on the platform. That means for students, teachers, and faculties.
Step 5: Integrating Classroom with Google Workspace
After the basics like organization and accounts are set up, it is time to integrate Google Classroom with Workspace. Why do you want to do this? Well, because it makes everything super easy to control.
