What problems does Foresight solve?

Missing features in Google Workspace

Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) is a cloud productivity and collaboration services suite for various businesses. To carry out their organizational duties efficiently, every business requires something extra from the native-served services. So for facilitating these organizational requirements, as of now, we are focusing on solving the loopholes that are present in the Google domain administrators. There are some missing actions that we are filling in.

IT administrative tasks are iterative and overwhelming because of the number of times these actions are repeated. A user onboarding workflow could involve a series of tasks of creating a user account, assigning the organizational unit, adding into groups, sending welcome emails to the new employee and manager, etc. These tasks can be done in Google Admin Console, but in a manual, time-consuming, error-prone way. That reduces efficiency and wastes precious resources like time, and effort, and in many cases utilizes the working capital as well.

Moreover, different organizations adopt several IT policies, strategies and business processes for managing users, groups, departments, services, resources, and other organizational units and tasks. Some organizations build in-house scripts to automate and customize the workflow. Other organizations that don’t have the resources to script, suffer as a result and lag behind wasting important resources.

How does Foresight works?

Foresight deeply integrates with Google Workspace cloud services and automates the workflows via cloud communication. An automation rule has 2 components, trigger and actions. When changes are observed from Google Workspace, the automation rule will be triggered and actions will be taken on behalf of admins.
