Here's a brief overview of what you can expect during our hiring process. All interviews are conducted virtually via Google Meet. We recommend joining from a quiet environment with a stable internet connection to ensure the best interview experience.

Step 1 – Initial Interview

The first step is a 15-minute introductory interview to determine whether you're a potential fit for the Technical Marketing Engineer role.

During this interview, we'll learn more about your:

  • Interest in the role and company

This interview is conducted by one interviewer.

Step 2 – Technical Interview – Assessment

The Technical Assessment evaluates your technical foundation and your ability to understand, analyze, and explain technical concepts. Since Technical Marketing Engineers work closely with engineering, product, and customers, this round focuses on your engineering mindset rather than memorization.

The interview evaluates your:

Step 3 – Technical Interview – Exercise

After successfully completing the assessment round, you'll participate in a 75–90 minute Technical Exercise designed to evaluate both your technical and communication skills in a practical setting.

Before the interview, please ensure you have:

  • Visual Studio Code installed
  • The Live Share extension installed
  • Your preferred programming language and development environment configured
  • A stable internet connection
  • Any AI-assisted coding or code-generation extensions disabled

The interview consists of two stages.

Project Setup (15–30 minutes)

  • You will share your full screen with the interviewer.
  • With your consent, the interview will be recorded for internal review.
  • The interviewer will share a project through Visual Studio Code Live Share.
  • You'll review the project requirements, understand the development environment, and ask any clarification questions before starting.

Technical Exercise (60 minutes)

This session evaluates how you approach real-world technical tasks while communicating your thinking process.

The exercise consists of two parts:

Part 1 – Live Coding

You'll complete one or more programming exercises designed to evaluate:

  • Programming fundamentals
  • Logical thinking
  • Clean and readable code
  • Edge case handling
  • Basic testing and validation
  • Communication while coding

Part 2 – Technical Communication & Problem Solving

The Technical Marketing Assessment evaluates a candidate's ability to bridge engineering and marketing through clear communication and problem-solving. The objective is to assess how effectively candidates can understand technical concepts, investigate issues, and communicate complex information in an accurate, easy-to-understand, and user-friendly manner.

Interviewers will observe:

  • Technical reasoning

  • Overall engineering mindset

Step 4 – Panel Interview

Candidates who successfully complete the technical rounds will be invited to a 60-minute panel interview with 3–4 interviewers.

This interview is primarily non-technical and focuses on evaluating your:

  • Customer empathy
  • Marketing and analytical thinking
  • Decision-making process
  • Teamwork and cultural fit
  • Growth mindset

Note: The Panel Interview will be recorded for internal review purposes.

Step 5 – HR Interview

The final step is a 30-minute HR interview to discuss:

  • Joining timeline
  • Offer details

Any verbal agreements made during this interview, such as salary structure or joining terms, will be reflected in the official offer letter.
